Job Description

Head - Customs Operations:

  • Oversee and manage customs operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage large teams across regions
  • Manage continuous improvement and transformation projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline customs processes.
  • Implement strategies to improve the efficiency of service delivery.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues related to customs clearance.
  • Provide support and guidance to the shipping/logistics team on customs procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for customs processes.
  • Ensure timely updates and communication with clients regarding customs-related matters.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in customs operations.

The Successful Applicant
