Job Description

Content Strategy (CXO & Luxury Brand Positioning)

  • Develop high-authority content narratives for founders, CEOs, and luxury brands
  • Translate brand philosophy and business insights into aspirational, premium storytelling
  • Build thought leadership frameworks around luxury, lifestyle, exclusivity, craftsmanship, and influence



Instagram Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Design and execute organic growth strategies (0 → 100K+ followers) for luxury audiences
  • Leverage deep understanding of:
    • Reels algorithm
    • Hook psychology
    • Retention loops
    • Save/share-driven content
  • Conduct A/B testing on hooks, formats, and storytelling styles



Content Creation (Luxury Aesthetic)

  • Create high-end:
    • Reels (luxury lifestyle, brand storytelling, founder POV)
    • Carousels (minimal, insightful, premium tone)
    • Stories (behind-the-scenes, exclusivity-driven)
  • Maintain a clean, minimal, and aspirational visual language aligned with luxury standards
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints



Personal Brand Building

  • Work closely with CXOs to extract ideas, insights, and unique perspectives
  • Convert them into high-impact, viral yet premium content
  • Balance authority, relatability, and exclusivity in all messaging



Market Intelligence & Brand Strategy

  • Track global trends across luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, and creator ecosystems
  • Analyze competitors, luxury brands, and influencers to identify opportunities
  • Drive differentiation through strong positioning and storytelling



Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with leadership to align brand and marketing strategy with business goals
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient execution of campaigns

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or content strategy

Strong background in luxury retail, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands

Proven expertise in CXO profiling and high-end audience engagement

Demonstrated success in Instagram growth (Reels-first approach)

Deep expertise in:

  • Hook writing & storytelling
  • Visual composition & luxury aesthetics
  • Digital growth strategy & audience psychology



Experience working with Founders, CXOs, or high-net-worth individuals

Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and premium positioning

Leadership experience managing creative and marketing teams

Tools proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut, Canva

  • Ability to think as a strategist, storyteller, and brand builder
