As part of its continued growth, the organisation is looking to hire a Head of Compliance to lead compliance strategy, strengthen regulatory frameworks, and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory requirements.

Job Description

  • Leading the organisation's compliance framework and regulatory governance programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with RBI regulations, regulatory guidelines, and applicable financial services regulations.
  • Acting as the key liaison with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk, or Governance functions.
  • Strong experience working on RBI regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Prior experience within lending-focused organisations, banks, NBFCs, or regulated financial services environments.
