The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Biomedical Engineering within large hospitals, or hospital groups.
  • Proven experience managing biomedical engineering operations and biomedical planning for new facilities, expansions, or large capital projects
  • Experience evaluating and implementing advanced medical technologies.
  • Strong exposure to capital equipment planning, lifecycle management, and technology procurement.
  • Demonstrated leadership of large, multi-site biomedical engineering teams.
  • Experience working closely with finance, procurement, clinical stakeholders, and senior leadership teams.
