The Head - AI Innovation will lead the organisation's enterprise-wide AI strategy, partnering with business leaders across functions to identify high-value AI opportunities, develop scalable AI solutions, and drive organization-wide adoption. This role will serve as the bridge between business, technology, and operations, ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable business impact, enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.

About Our Client

The client is India's largest luxury watch retailer and they operate a large network of boutiques and online platforms across India. They operate 100+ stores across 30+ cities in India and provide after-sales services, watch repairs, brand-authorized warranties, and loyalty programs.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the AI innovation roadmap aligned with the client's business strategy.
  • Collaborate with business units including Retail Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and E-commerce to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Automation technologies.
  • Establish frameworks for AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and model performance monitoring.
  • Partner with technology teams and external vendors to accelerate AI solution development and deployment.
  • Drive AI adoption through stakeholder engagement, training programs, change management initiatives, and success measurement.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to create new business capabilities and revenue streams.
  • Track business outcomes and ROI of AI initiatives, ensuring sustainable value creation.
