Job Description

    • Define and execute a multi-year enterprise AI strategy.
    • Build and manage an AI portfolio aligned to business priorities.
    • Establish AI governance, responsible AI frameworks and controls.
    • Drive production deployment, adoption and value realisation of AI solutions.
    • Partner with business, technology, risk and analytics teams to scale impact.



The Successful Applicant

    • 10-15 years of experience across AI, analytics or digital transformation.
    • Proven experience leading enterprise AI or analytics programmes.
    • Strong exposure to BFSI, banking, NBFC, fintech or consulting sectors.
    • Track record of taking AI initiatives from concept to production.
    • Ability to influence CXO stakeholders and drive organisational adoption.
