As the Head of AI CoE, you will be responsible for defining, governing, and executing the organization's enterprise AI agenda. The role serves as the central driver of AI innovation, enabling business functions to leverage AI, Generative AI, automation, analytics, and AI agents to improve productivity, decision-making, customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.

The client is a leading consumer durables company based in Mumbai. The company is also a major provider of engineering and project solutions, specializing in HVAC systems, electro-mechanical projects, textile machinery, and mining and construction equipment

Job Description

  • Developing and executing a multi-year enterprise AI roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation priorities.
  • Establishing and leading the AI CoE, including building teams, frameworks, standards, and operating models for AI delivery.
  • Driving implementation and scaling of AI use cases across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Service.
  • Defining AI architecture and partnering with technology, data, and business teams to build scalable AI platforms, infrastructure, and integrations.
  • Establishing Responsible AI governance, risk management, compliance, security, privacy, and model oversight frameworks.
  • Managing AI technology partners, vendors, and innovation ecosystems while evaluating emerging technologies for enterprise adoption.
  • Leading AI literacy, adoption, and change management initiatives to build organizational AI capabilities.nabling business functions to leverage AI, Generative AI, automation, analytics, and AI agents to improve productivity, decision-making, customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in analytics and AI applications.
  • Experience in the manufacturing, retail or consumer durables industry
  • Leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively.
  • Confidence in working with data and delivering insights.
  • A strategic mindset to align AI initiatives with business goals.
