  • Oversee all warranty-related processes and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer warranty experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve warranty claims efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and analyse data to identify trends and improvements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty-related queries or concerns.
  • Ensure all legal and contractual obligations are met in warranty processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for teams to ensure understanding of warranty policies and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise warranty operations within the engineering industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Aftersales Customer Warranty should have:
