With a significant investment in innovation, research, and product development, the organisation operates world-class engineering and manufacturing facilities globally and is committed to shaping the future of connected, autonomous, and electric mobility.Their technology centre serves as a hub for advanced product development, enabling breakthrough innovations across sensing, electronics, embedded systems, and vehicle intelligence platforms.Job DescriptionDefine and execute the technology roadmap for advanced sensing solutions supporting Electric Vehicles (EV), ADAS, and intelligent mobility applications.Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams engaged in the development of image sensors, ultrasonic sensors, environmental sensing systems, and emerging sensing technologies.Drive innovation from concept generation through proof-of-concept, product architecture, validation, and industrialisation.Identify future technology trends, customer requirements, and market opportunities within autonomous and connected vehicle ecosystems.Collaborate with global customers, technology partners, start-ups, research institutes, and universities to accelerate product innovation.Provide technical leadership across electronics, embedded software, signal processing, algorithms, sensing hardware, and system integration.Establish robust engineering processes, technology governance, and best-in-class product development methodologies.Support business growth through technology differentiation, intellectual property creation, and technical customer engagement.Represent the organisation in customer discussions, industry forums, and strategic technology partnerships.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
