You will build and operate a unified demand engine across paid and AI powered paid channels, email and lifecycle programs, product led growth loops, content driven demand, and sales assisted motions.
  • This is a hands-on role with direct revenue ownership.
  • Own how demand is created and expanded across the customer lifecycle.

Job Description

Demand Strategy & Pipeline Ownership

  • Own demand generation strategy across inbound, outbound, paid, ABM, and PLG channels
  • Deliver qualified pipeline and revenue targets (MQL → SQL → Closed‑Won)
  • Build a balanced demand mix across self‑serve, sales‑assisted, and enterprise motions
  • Develop annual and quarterly demand plans aligned with business goals



Channel Execution

  • Scale inbound programs across SEO, content, lifecycle/email, community, and partnerships
  • Own paid demand programs (search, paid social, review platforms, ABM ads) with ROI discipline
  • Define and execute ABM and enterprise demand programs for mid‑market and enterprise ICPs
  • Partner with Product and Growth teams on PLG initiatives (trial, freemium, activation)



Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing demand generation team
  • Coach team members across performance marketing, inbound, lifecycle, and analytics
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
  • Act as the demand generation thought partner to leadership



Measurement & Optimization

  • Own key demand and revenue metrics: MQL, SAL, SQL, pipeline, CAC, LTV, payback, conversion rates
  • Ensure clean attribution, reporting, and forecasting across channels
  • Drive continuous experimentation, optimisation, and performance improvement
  • Use customer, sales, and funnel insights to refine targeting and messaging

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just traffic or leads
  • Experience working with sales‑assisted and enterprise sales motions
  • Open to both ICs and people managers.
