Job Description

The key responsibilities are -

  • Work with multiple teams on strategy and implementation of the strategy programs at an org level
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing effective frameworks.
  • Ensure seamless execution of business strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve operational excellence and strategic targets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM-Strategy and Operations should have:

  • A strong academic background in business, strategy, or a related field. The candidate could be working in a strategy consulting domain or can have experience in corporate strategy
  • Candidates with atleast 10 years of experience post MBA will be a right fit for the role
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing strategy programs at an org level
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of driving organizational success.
