As the Head of Projects (GM), to lead all construction, development, and refurbishment initiatives across its hospitality portfolio. Based in Goa, the role will oversee ongoing resort upgrades, new project developments, government approvals, stakeholder management, and project delivery. This is a senior leadership position reporting to the COO and working closely with the Managing Director.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of resort construction and refurbishment projects.
  • Oversee ongoing property renovation projects in South Goa and future resort developments.
  • Manage project planning, budgeting, timelines, contractor performance, and quality standards.
  • Drive statutory approvals and maintain relationships with government authorities and local bodies.
  • Lead stakeholder management across internal leadership, consultants, contractors, and external agencies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of project professionals and site personnel.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and within budget.
  • Support future expansion and development activities across the wider hospitality portfolio

The Successful Applicant

  • 15-20+ years of experience in construction, project management, hospitality development, real estate, or resort projects.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale construction and refurbishment projects.
  • Strong government liaisoning and regulatory approvals experience.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management capability with senior leadership, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
  • Experience leading and developing project teams.
  • Prior Goa market exposure or local network would be advantageous.
  • Ability to speak Konkani would be beneficial but is not essential.
