Job Description

  • LL.B. from a premier institution, with CS/CA qualifications considered an added advantage. Prior experience with a reputed law firm is essential.
  • Strong expertise in M&A, private equity, debt investments, and real estate transactions, with the ability to handle complex deals independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, securities regulations, foreign exchange laws, and legal frameworks governing the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities, coupled with a proactive, self-driven, and accountable approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Independently manage investments, divestments, and debt transactions across India, while providing legal support on strategic business initiatives.
  • Lead legal due diligence, land title diligence, and transaction documentation for acquisitions and investments.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts.
  • Oversee litigation and dispute management, coordinating with external counsels, while providing day-to-day legal advice to business stakeholders.
