Reporting to the CFO, this role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution to build scalable, technology-driven experiences that enhance operational efficiency, asset performance, and business growth.

Job Description

  • Lead IT and digital transformation across finance, leasing, operations, and smart-building platforms.
  • Drive ERP optimization, AP/AR automation, and business process digitization.
  • Own leasing technology, CRM, and lease lifecycle management systems.
  • Integrate enterprise applications to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement smart-building, IoT, and energy management solutions.
  • Identify and deploy AI use cases to enhance operations and tenant experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to align technology initiatives with strategic goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of IT leadership and transformation experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in ERP, AP/AR transformation, and process automation.
  • Experience with leasing, CRM, and commercial real estate technology platforms.
  • Exposure to smart buildings, IoT, BMS, and PropTech solutions.
  • Experience leveraging AI and analytics to drive business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
