Job Description

  • Lead the global Internal IT Audit function and execute a risk-based technology audit plan.
  • Conduct and oversee audits covering SAP ECC, SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, ITGCs, application controls, cybersecurity, and data governance.
  • Evaluate access management, change management, backup and disaster recovery, interface controls, and technology-enabled controls.
  • Drive audit analytics, continuous control monitoring (CCM), and automation initiatives.
  • Review cloud, data platform, and ERP environments to identify risks and strengthen controls.
  • Partner with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external auditors to provide actionable risk insights.
  • Lead audit reporting, root cause analysis, remediation tracking, and Audit Committee presentations.
  • Mentor and develop internal audit team members while enhancing audit methodologies and best practices.
  • Support special reviews, investigations, and strategic technology risk initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 18+ years of experience in Internal IT Audit, Technology Risk, IT Controls, or SOX/IFC environments.
  • Mandatory experience in SAP Audits across SAP ECC, HANA, or S/4HANA environments.
  • Must currently be leading or managing Internal IT Audit engagements.
  • Strong expertise in ITGC audits, application controls, identity and access management, change management, cybersecurity controls, and ERP risk assessments.
  • Experience working in large, complex, multinational organizations.
  • Hands-on exposure to audit analytics, continuous monitoring, and data-driven audit approaches.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA preferred; CIA, CRISC, CISSP, or related certifications are advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and team management capabilities.
