Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive cost efficiencies and profitability improvements.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the leadership level.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM Finance should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance
  • Min 10 plus year of experience in manufacturing industry
  • Open to 6 day working
  • Proven expertise in financial management within the retail or wholesale industry.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
