A healthcare organisation based in Bengaluru Urban, operating in privatised healthcare services.

Job Description

  • Handle legal compliance and regulatory requirements for the organisation.
  • Manage disputes, litigation, and liaise with external legal counsel.
  • Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with regulatory bodies and authorities.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A law degree from a recognised institution.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation
  • Ability to handle litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Expereince in Litigation + counsel + chambers or law firm
