The Global Practice Head role is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and scaling the client's Data & Analytics practice by owning the full lifecycle-from product strategy and development to go‑to‑market and presales execution. The individual will lead GTM strategy, shape large deals, and drive end‑to‑end presales, while also building high-performing teams, forming technology partnerships, and delivering revenue growth.

Job Description

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of Data & Analytics products, driving development of scalable solutions, accelerators, and IP
  • Develop and execute GTM plans including market positioning, pricing, target segments, and sales enablement assets.
  • Lead the full presales lifecycle-solutioning, proposals, pricing, and client presentations-while shaping deals and improving win rates.
  • Establish and grow a high-performing Data & Analytics practice through hiring, upskilling, and partnerships with technology vendors
  • Own revenue targets, pipeline growth, and new business opportunities, ensuring strong conversion and product adoption metrics.
  • Act as a domain expert, contributing to industry forums, client engagements, and thought leadership content in data, AI/ML, and analytics

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Practice Head should have:

  • Educational qualifications in analytics, technology, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale analytics practices.
  • Strong knowledge of software solutions within the technology and telecoms industry.
