The Global Delivery Head for Data & Analytics is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, and AI programs across the India delivery organization. They will build and scale delivery capabilities, manages cross-functional teams (data engineering, BI, data science, AI/ML), and ensures adoption of best practices in data architecture, governance, and analytics transformation.

Job Description

  • Lead Global Data & AI Delivery: Own the successful delivery of large-scale Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platform, Analytics, AI/ML, and Data Modernization programs across multiple geographies, clients, and industry verticals.
  • Drive Business Scale & Delivery Transformation: Scale the Data & Analytics delivery organization to support significant revenue growth while transforming the operating model to improve efficiency, scalability, and delivery quality.
  • Build Best-in-Class Delivery Organization: Establish standardized delivery frameworks, governance models, quality processes, and AI-powered accelerators to drive consistent, high-quality execution across engagements.
  • Manage Portfolio, Profitability & Client Success: Oversee a global portfolio of programs across Fixed Price, Outcome-Based, Managed Services, and T&M models, ensuring strong client satisfaction, operational excellence, and margin improvement.
  • Develop Leadership & Talent Capabilities: Build, mentor, and groom a strong leadership bench of Delivery Directors and Managers while creating a high-performing, future-ready Data & AI workforce.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Data Delivery Head should have:

  • 20+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, with significant leadership responsibility in global delivery organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale data transformation programs
  • Experience managing multi-region delivery organizations supporting Tier-1 enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling delivery organizations and driving operational transformation
  • Experience in managing large-scale P&L of $100 Mn or above
