The Successful Applicant

A successful VP-IT (CIO, Confidential) should have:

  • 18+ years of experience in global information technology and digital transformation
  • Proven expertise in leading IT strategy and operations within the Chemical Industry or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage large-scale IT projects successfully.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data security, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • A forward-thinking approach to adopting and implementing emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
