This is a senior leadership role driving sales delivery across India, managing three regional offices and a precast business unit. You will own revenue targets while leading a large team of experienced sales professionals in infrastructure-focused industries.

Job Description

  • Lead sales operations across Mumbai, Chennai & Delhi regions
  • Own revenue target (~USD 26 Mn) and drive business performance
  • Manage team of ~20 (including senior DGMs) across functions
  • Oversee precast business unit alongside core sales delivery
  • Ensure execution across infra segments (metro, rail, power, real estate)

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong sales leader with aggressive, go-getter mindset
  • Proven P&L ownership and experience managing senior teams
  • Exposure to pan-India or multi-region sales leadership
  • Background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (postgrad preferred)
  • Industry experience in PEB, construction chemicals, steel, or infra
