Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of resort renovation, refurbishment, and upgrade projects.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and overall project delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders.
  • Drive value engineering initiatives, cost optimization strategies, and robust project governance practices.
  • Ensure renovation activities are executed with minimal disruption to ongoing resort operations and guest experience.
  • Monitor compliance with all safety regulations, statutory requirements, and applicable brand standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project progress reports and key updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 15+ years of experience in Project Management, Renovations, Fit-outs, Hospitality Projects, or Design & Construction.
  • Strong experience in hotels, resorts, hospitality, mixed-use, or premium commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale refurbishment and renovation projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
