Job Description

  • Lead HR and administration operations for the manufacturing site
  • Manage employee engagement, retention, and workforce discipline
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, the factories Act, and statutory requirements
  • Oversee contractual manpower management and contractor coordination
  • Partner with the Site Head on people matters and site workforce planning
  • Lead and manage a 15-20 member HR & Admin team

The Successful Applicant

Manufacturing/plant HR background, strong compliance exposure. MBA HR preferred (MSW/LLB ok). Hindi mandatory; Gujarati a plus. Willing to work in a remote site setup in Gujarat
