The GCC Head will oversee all operations running out of the Mumbai GCC. These include technology, operations, core content, finance, operational excellence and support.Most importantly the GCC Head will build from the ground-up and be a critical part of global decision-making.

Job Description

As the GCC head, you will be responsible for:

  • Standing up the GCC from scratch
  • Working with the CEO and CFO on group strategy
  • Operating as an extended arm of the overall organisation
  • Leading leaders towards the common strategic goal



The Successful Applicant

A successful GCC Head should have:

  • A track record of at least 2 GCC setups from scratch including legal entity, real estate, operational processes and people
  • High international exposure including more than 1 year lived abroad (ideally US, UK or Singapore)
  • High quality content in at least one domain
