To support continued growth within its finance function, the organisation is seeking a Fund Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, fund administration oversight, and finance operations for US real estate funds.

Job Description

The Fund Controller will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing fund accounting, financial reporting, and period-end close activities for US real estate investment structures.
  • Reviewing fund financial statements, investor reporting packages, and regulatory reporting deliverables.
  • Monitoring fund performance, capital activity, cash management, distributions, and investment accounting processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for this role should have:

  • 15++ years of experience in Fund Accounting, Fund Control, Investment Accounting, Real Estate Finance, Asset Management, or Financial Reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of US real estate funds, investment structures, fund operations, and accounting principles.
  • Experience working with institutional asset managers, investment firms, fund administrators, or global financial services organisations.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
