Job Description

  • Review and approve NAV packages, financial statements, and disclosures prepared by administrators
  • Oversee partner capital statements and ensure accuracy in investor allocations
  • Lead and coordinate fund audits with external auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Support tax estimation and filing processes with internal and external advisors
  • Prepare and analyze fund performance data for management and investor reporting
  • Manage fund liquidity including capital calls, distributions, and credit facility activities
  • Review complex fee structures including management fees and carried interest waterfalls
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide leadership to the fund accounting team

The Successful Applicant

  • 9-12 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably with public audit and asset management exposure
  • Mandatory professional certification such as CPA, ACA, or ACCA
  • Strong expertise in private fund structures, NAV reporting, and investor capital accounting
  • Hands-on experience with carried interest, waterfalls, and fund fee structures
  • Knowledge of credit facilities, ISDA agreements, and regulatory compliance preferred
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and advanced Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
