Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive cost transformation initiatives and projects for bottom-line optimization.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and respective business heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and their impact on the manufacturing sector to guide financial strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organization's interests.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Head should have:

  • Qualified CA with 12-20 years' experience post qualification. Tier 1 MBAs may also apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Strong experience in managing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decision-making.
