Job Description

  • Build, manage, and scale a large-scale FP&A Centre of Excellence from 100+ to 1000+ professionals.
  • Lead global delivery teams supporting stakeholders across the globe.
  • Drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and finance business partnering excellence.
  • Develop client relationships, governance frameworks, talent strategies, and capability-building programmes.
  • Champion adoption of GenAI, Agentic AI, analytics, and hyperautomation solutions.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives, solutioning, industry expansion, and go-to-market programmes.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 20+ years of experience in FP&A, Shared Services, GCC, GBS, or BPS environments.
  • Proven experience building and leading large FP&A organisations.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and governance expertise.
  • Educational background in CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA Finance.
  • Certifications such as FPAC, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Power BI, Analytics, or AI-focused credentials are advantageous.
