We are seeking an experienced FP&A Delivery Excellence Lead to build and scale a world-class Delivery Excellence function within a rapidly growing FP&A Centre of Excellence. This role will drive governance, quality, productivity, risk management, continuous improvement, and AI-enabled transformation while supporting significant organisational growth.

Job Description

  • Establish and lead the Delivery Excellence function for the FP&A CoE.
  • Design and implement governance, control frameworks, and operational review mechanisms.
  • Drive improvements in quality, productivity, utilisation, client satisfaction, and operational performance.
  • Lead automation, GenAI, Agentic AI, and transformation initiatives across delivery teams.
  • Oversee risk management, audit readiness, compliance governance, and escalation management.
  • Develop executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting.
  • Champion standardisation, continuous improvement, and operational best practices.
  • Coach and mentor teams to build a culture of accountability, quality, and excellence.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, KPO, BPO, or BPS environments.
  • Experience managing large-scale global delivery organisations.
  • Strong background in Delivery Excellence, Governance, Quality Management, and Risk Management.
  • Proven success in transformation, automation, AI, and productivity improvement programmes.
  • Expertise in process maturity assessments and operational excellence frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management experience across global regions.
