Job Description

As the Founding Product Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the product experience, design culture, and design standards of the company.

This role goes far beyond screens and flows. You'll help define how AI should behave, how users interact with intelligent systems, and what great product experiences look like in an AI-first world.

You will:

  • Partner directly with founders on product vision and strategy
  • Design and ship 0→1 product experiences across web and mobile
  • Prototype new ideas rapidly and turn concepts into products
  • Create intuitive workflows for complex, AI-driven interactions
  • Drive user experience decisions from first principles
  • Leverage AI-native design workflows to accelerate exploration and execution
  • Define the company's design language, interaction patterns, and product taste
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering to build products users love



The Successful Applicant

  • Has 5-12 years of product design experience in high-growth technology environments
  • Has built and shipped products that people use and love
  • Demonstrates exceptional product thinking, not just visual design
  • Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys solving undefined problems
  • Possesses strong interaction design and prototyping capabilities
  • Is excited about the future of AI-native products and interfaces
  • Wants ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to build something enduring
