Job Description

  • Own the end-to-end product and engineering roadmap alongside the founders.
  • Build and scale AI-first products from concept to production.
  • Lead architecture and technical decision-making across the platform.
  • Translate customer feedback into product features and prioritisation decisions.
  • Work closely with design, customers, and business stakeholders to drive adoption.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a lean, high-performing engineering team.
  • Establish engineering best practices, delivery processes, and quality standards.
  • Drive product experimentation, iteration, and rapid execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally within startups or high-growth environments.
  • Strong full-stack engineering background with expertise in scalable systems, you're AI-native.
  • Demonstrated experience building products from 0 to 1.
  • Product-minded with the ability to balance technical excellence and customer needs.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and converting insights into roadmap priorities.
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and make high-quality decisions quickly.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
