Job Description

  • Building AI agents that can reason, plan, and execute real-world workflows
  • Developing LLM-powered applications and backend systems at scale
  • Designing orchestration, memory, retrieval, and automation frameworks
  • Building integrations across APIs, tools, and consumer services
  • Optimising reliability, latency, and performance of production AI systems
  • Influencing foundational technical and product decisions as the company scales

The Successful Applicant

A successful Founding Engineer should have:

  • 0-1 Experience in AI Startup
  • Graduation Done from Pedigreed Tier 1 College only
  • Working on side projects and hackathons also
  • Using AI for productivity only or the candidate has applied AI experience of building and deploying agentic workflows, agents into production.
