Job Description

  • Manage fleet operations to support planned vessel movements.
  • Track sailing schedules and help keep plans up to date.
  • Review fleet status and flag changes that may affect operations.
  • Work with logistics teams to align fleet plans with shipment needs.
  • Maintain clear records of fleet movements and sailing activity.
  • Share fleet updates with relevant teams for timely action.
  • Help resolve operational issues that affect sailing schedules.
  • Use fleet management information to improve planning and service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Practical knowledge of fleet management and fleet operations.
  • Experience tracking sailing schedules and vessel movements.
  • Understanding of logistics activities within Transport & Distribution.
  • Ability to review fleet information and identify operational changes.
  • Confidence maintaining accurate operational records.
  • Ability to work with logistics teams on fleet plans.
