Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory filings and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience (Mandatory)
  • Previous experience in Real Estate industry (Mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the property and building & construction industry.
  • Experience in managing financial operations and leading teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
