We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with up to 8 years of post-qualification experience to lead the Finance Controllership function. The successful candidate will oversee USGAAP accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, compliance, process improvements, and team management while partnering closely with leadership to support business growth.

Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end USGAAP finance controllership function, including AP, AR, and General Ledger.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reporting.
  • Lead statutory audits, tax audits, and other financial reviews.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified CA is mandatory.
  • Up to 8 years of post-qualification experience in Finance Controllership, Financial Reporting, Audit, or Core Accounting functions.
  • Experience within fintech, technology, product-led, internet, or high-growth startup environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
  • Experience handling high-volume transactions and fast-paced business environments.
