Job Description

Manage GCC financial operations including accounts payable, expense management, payroll coordination, and vendor payments.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the GCC, including budget vs. actuals analysis.

Coordinate with ISQ's global finance teams (Asia Finance, Manco Finance) to ensure GCC financial data is accurately reflected in group reporting.

Oversee statutory compliance for the India entity including GST filings, TDS, and coordination with local tax advisors.

*

Manage relationships with local banks, service providers, and government agencies.

*

Support annual audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.

*

Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with Indian GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.

*

Provide financial analysis and reporting to support GCC leadership decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

6-9 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or finance operations.

*

Experience with Indian statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and FEMA regulations preferred.

*

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP proficiency required.

*

CA (ICAI) qualification or MBA Finance strongly preferred.

*

Prior experience in a shared services, multinational, or financial services environment.

*

Excellent communication skills; ability to coordinate with global finance teams.

*

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce required.
