We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead financial accounting, planning, reporting, taxation, audits and internal controls for a complex manufacturing business. This is a leadership role offering broad exposure across operations, commercial finance, compliance and stakeholder management.

Job Description

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, MIS reporting and financial analysis.
  • Manage month-end close, financial statements, accounting controls and financial reporting.
  • Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
  • Drive direct tax, GST, transfer pricing and FEMA/ECB compliance activities.
  • Support banking relationships, working capital management, CMA preparation and lender reporting.
  • Strengthen internal controls while leading and developing the finance and accounting team.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15-18 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong background in manufacturing finance, plant finance and finance controlling.
  • Hands-on experience in financial closing, budgeting, MIS, taxation, audits and compliance.
  • Knowledge of GST, transfer pricing, banking and FEMA/ECB regulations.
  • Experience with SAP ERP; SAP S/4HANA exposure is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
