Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.

  • Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4 to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:

  • CA Qualification with 12-14 years of experience
  • Proven experience in financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
