Job Description

  • Oversee financial accounting, project cost tracking, asset capitalisation, revenue recognition, and financial reporting under Ind AS.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while ensuring compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow planning, and working capital optimisation.
  • Manage GST, TDS, income tax compliance, audits, assessments, and relationships with regulatory authorities.
  • Support investor reporting, board presentations, financial disclosures, fundraising activities, and due diligence processes.
  • Lead ERP and finance system implementation initiatives to improve automation, scalability, and project visibility.
  • Oversee treasury operations, banking relationships, debt servicing, receivables, and payables management.
  • Implement robust internal controls, strengthen governance frameworks, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights to support strategic decision-making.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 8 to 12 years of finance and accounts experience.
  • Experience in Power, Transmission, Infrastructure, or EPC sectors preferred.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end finance functions.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting, project costing, contract management, and governance.
  • Knowledge of indirect taxation and its impact on project profitability.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including vendor and supplier engagement.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with strong commercial acumen.
