This role will be responsible for end-to-end Finance & Accounting Operations, including GL management, statutory audits, AP/P2P, payroll validation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with US GAAP and IGAAP/Ind AS, preferably from a technology, SaaS, startups or product-based organisation.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting Operations
  • Oversee General Ledger (GL) accounting and month-end close
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly management reports
  • Manage statutory audits and ensure compliance
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Review and validate payroll; coordinate with payroll vendors and HR
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Ind AS/IGAAP
  • Support day-to-day accounting operations and financial controls

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting Operations
  • Expertise in Payroll
  • Experience working with US GAAP and Ind AS/IGAAP
  • Strong hands-on experience in GL accounting, Exposure to AP/P2P, Statutary Audit
  • CA, CPA, or CMA qualification is desirable
  • Prior experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Product-based organisations/startups preferred.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice period preferred
