This role will lead the technical strategy and execution of enterprise AI deployments, acting as the bridge between customers, engineering, and product teams. The successful candidate will drive pre-sales engagements, build and lead the local technical organisation, and ensure successful delivery of AI solutions in production environments.

Job Description

In this role, you're launching the India business, serving as a hands-on engineering leader, leading technical sales engagements, contributing to development efforts, and establishing high technical standards.

  • Participate in early-stage customer discussions and solution design.
  • Present product demonstrations and guide architecture, integration, and security conversations with stakeholders.
  • Manage customer implementation programmes from discovery and scoping through deployment and optimisation.
  • Build and scale a high-performing team across engineering, integrations, and pre-sales functions.
  • Oversee AI agent deployments and ensure production-grade performance, reliability, and accuracy.
  • Act as the primary regional technical representative, managing escalations and strengthening strategic customer relationships.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Entrepreneurial background, including founding or co-founding a startup, with the resilience and adaptability required to build in zero-to-one environments.
  • Experience as a CTO or equivalent senior technical leader, with a strong record of shipping scalable, production-grade technology solutions.
  • Good to have: Some experience participating in pre-sales cycles, solution design, technical consulting, or complex enterprise implementations.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience building, mentoring, and scaling technical teams.
