Global professional services firm serving multinational clients across accounting, finance outsourcing, tax, compliance, and advisory services.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting outsourcing operations across P2P, O2C, and R2R with a large team.
  • Drive client relationship management, transitions, process migrations, solutioning, governance, and team leadership.



The Successful Applicant

  • 12-18+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting Operations within a BPS/BPO/BPM environment. (Industry/captive profiles are not preferred)
  • Strong client management and operations leadership experience, managing multiple clients with PnL ownership.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end F&A processes, with major exposure to AP, AR, Month-End Close, Compliance, and Taxation with exposure across international clients.
