The role of Executive Director, OTCR, Technology Resilience is to lead and oversee the operational technology and cyber resilience initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. This position requires expertise in developing strategies, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks to maintain a secure and resilient technology infrastructure.
  • Accountability for 2nd Line of Defence oversight for all OTCR risks
  • Overseeing 1st line T&O Resilience Risk & Control Self Assessments

Job Description

  • Develop and implement operational technology and cyber resilience (OTCR) strategies to align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of technology risks across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in technology resilience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and execute robust risk management frameworks.
  • Lead incident response and recovery efforts to minimize business disruptions.
  • Monitor emerging threats and trends in technology and cyber resilience to adapt strategies proactively.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to achieve resilience objectives.
  • Report regularly to senior management on the status of OTCR initiatives and key risk indicators.
