Job Description

  • Lead the FP&A function for the India organisation, driving budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Partner with the CFO and business leaders to provide strategic financial insights and decision support.
  • Own business planning, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and enterprise budgeting.
  • Drive pricing strategy and support commercial decision-making across services-led business units.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to improve gross margins, operating margins, and overall business profitability.
  • Evaluate investments, new business opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives through financial modelling and business case development.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership on financial performance and business outcomes.
  • Lead cost optimisation initiatives while balancing growth objectives and service quality.
  • Build financial rigour, accountability, and performance management frameworks across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified CA or CMA with 18+ years of experience is mandatory.
  • Significant experience leading FP&A, strategic finance, commercial finance, or business finance functions.
  • Strong background within services-led organisations; GCC exposure is advantageous when combined with services experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategy, and profitability management.
  • Strong understanding of margins, cost management, expense control, and business performance drivers.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic business decisions.
  • Proven capability in business planning, variance analysis, and commercial finance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both internal and external business partners.
  • Experience driving finance transformation, performance improvement, and organisational profitability.
