Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Providing dedicated EA support to stakeholders, including extensive diary management with

meeting conflicts prioritised and adjusted

* International travel planning and booking

* Processing of expenses

* Administrative support for Value Add events including client in-person and online webinars and

internal team events

* Coordination of meetings and events

* Updating of contacts in Salesforce system

* Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, with extensive email and phone interaction with

external parties, including entrepreneurs, CEOs, board members and professional advisors

* To work as part of a team of EAs and provide cover and help as requested by other members of that

team and the investment professional team

  • * Other functional/admin support as required and as may evolve over time

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & experience

* EA experience supporting senior and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced and evolving environment

* Demonstrated track record of resilience, sound judgement, and proactive problem-solving;

* Experienced with Outlook and other Office Suites

* Graduate calibre (preferred)

* EA experience in Consulting or Professional Services or Investment/Private Equity/Finance

sector (preferred)

* International exposure, ideally including experience of European/UK working environments or

stakeholders, whether gained professionally or personally (preferred)

Skills & attributes

* Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous organiser

* Strong character, ability to work under pressure

* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work at pace

* Ability to juggle constantly changing and complex diaries and busy interlined diaries

* Adaptable and flexible - ability to adjust to changing priorities and unexpected situations with limited

guidance

* Demonstrable critical thinking skills

* Utmost discretion - handle all matters with absolute confidentiality

* Strong problem-solving capabilities - anticipates challenges and provides solutions

* Considerate internal and external facing manner, as often the voice of your relevant stakeholders

* Highly articulate (verbal and written)

* High quotient of common sense and emotional intelligence

* High proactivity and ability to work autonomously

* Team player - collaborative amongst the wider EA group and across the firm

* Self-starting, strongly ambitious and tenacious: willing to "go the extra mile"

* Ability to demonstrate the willingness to check and respond to emails outside of office hours when

required

  • * Desire to become an integral part of the team, become trusted with sensitive and mission
