Job Description

  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organise high-level presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Chairman and various departments within the organisation.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on key deliverables and action points discussed during meetings.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events or meetings as required.
  • Act as a point of contact for external clients and partners, maintaining a professional image of the organisation.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the Chairman's day-to-day activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant to Chairman should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience in the financial services or financial services consultancy industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with senior stakeholders.
