Job Description

Key Deliverables of the Role· Drive office support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

· Manage Correspondence:

o Manage Chairman's correspondence

o This includes mails and e-mails.

o Compose mails, letters and memoranda in response to queries

o Taking dictations and drafting of mails.

· Managing diary & meetings

o Coordinating and organizing meeting.

o Maintain Travel Tour Plan.

· Travel Management

o Handle travel management

o This includes booking International travel tickets, International hotel booking accommodation, preparing travel itinerary (international and domestic)

o Good understanding of Visa Formalities for countries like (Egypt, Bangladesh, Middle East, South East Asia etc.)

o Do travel, car and guesthouse bookings

o Should be able to manage emergency travel flight and train bookings

· Database Management

o Managing personal and official filing work.

o Maintain and organize data in a soft format for easy and fast retraction.

The Successful Applicant



Knowledge, Skills & Competencies­· Excellent Knowledge of Excel/Word/ Power-point

· Drafting of mails independently

· Effective planning and organizing skills

· Knowledge of travel, hotel & restaurant reservations

· Verbal and written Communication skills

· Ability to work in demanding conditions and remain calm

· Must be a multi-tasker, who can take on several personal tasks at a time

· Ability to effectively deliver in short turnaround times
