Job Description

  • Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Supervise on-site teams to ensure efficient execution.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects as per agreed timelines.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in managing construction projects.
  • Knowledge of building and construction processes.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Confidence in managing budgets and resources.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions on-site.
