Job Description

  • Oversee end-user computing services and ensure reliable performance.
  • Manage hardware and software for user devices.
  • Provide technical support to resolve user issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with teams to improve user experience and productivity.
  • Implement and maintain IT policies for devices and software.
  • Monitor and optimise system performance and security.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Train and guide users on technology tools and best practices.

The Successful Applicant
