Job Description

  • Lead the organization's compliance and ethics framework, ensuring strong governance, regulatory adherence, and alignment with evolving legal requirements
  • Drive policy development, compliance training, and awareness programs to embed a culture of integrity and accountability across the business
  • Oversee compliance monitoring, investigations, and reporting mechanisms, ensuring timely resolution of issues and implementation of corrective actions
  • Manage legal risk through contract negotiation, commercial advisory, litigation management, and enterprise risk assessment
  • Strengthen governance and third-party compliance by managing DOA frameworks, conducting partner due diligence, and enabling risk-based business decision-making

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate must have:

  • An LLB degree.
  • Experience in compliance, ethics and integrity along with legal advisory and risk management in the manufacturing industry
  • Proven ability of contract management and handling disputes
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills with an ability to support business solutions
